    • This award will recognise any organisation operating in the field of accountancy, publishing, and management consultancy.

      The winning submission must bee able to demonstrate exceptional insight into its sector together with business innovation.

      Supporting evidence must demonstrate to the judges that the recruiter provides outstanding service to clients as well as displaying 'best practice' as an employer
  • Best International graduate recruiter
    • This award is aimed at a UK company which operates offices and employs staff in countries outside of the UK.
    • The judges will be looking for evidence of delivery of outstanding service to clients and candidates.
    • Supporting data of a knowledge and understanding of the localities and demands of the localities and sectors must be provided

  • Best graduate recruitment website/ micro site
    • OnRecThis award will recognise a website, or part of a corporate website,  that most effectively serves the needs of candidates through measurable levels of success in recruitment activity

      Judges will be looking for technical innovation together with site clarity and accessibility for users.

      Data to provide UV's, PI's or other measurable currency should be provided.

      Supporting evidence must demonstrate to the judges that the recruiter company  provide outstanding service to clients and candidates as well as being able to demonstrated 'best practice' as an employer
  • Best graduate training programme
    • This award is aimed at those companies that offer an excellent graduate training programme regardless of the number of sites, departments or employees who have done the most in terms of encouraging, engaging, developing and rewarding their staff.

      The Judges will be looking for a business from either private or public sector industries which has shown outstanding commitment to its employees and whose people practices distinguish them as outstanding places to work.
  • Best graduate recruitment marketing campaign
    • This award is looking for a graduate recruitment campaign that appeared in more than one form of media (i.e. in print/ on line/ poster sites etc) within the last 12 months.

      The Judges are looking for a campaign that has great visual impact on the reader and is innovative.

      Evidence must be supplied of the number of suitable hits/applications, range of diverse candidates, return on investment of advertising and measures of success for the campaign/advertisement.

      In addition, Judges will be looking for the campaign to meet all necessary legal requirements.
  • Award for most innovative way of attracting graduates
    • This category will recognise the innovative efforts that a recruiter has utilised in a graduate recruitment programme.

      The judges will be looking for evidence of innovation in strategy, marketing, processes and implementation of the programme.

      Data must be supplied to show proven results against targets.

  • Best graduate recruitment agency/ partner
    • This award will recognise a recruitment agency or company partnering a firm, or department of, operating in the graduate field

      The winning submission must be able to demonstrate exceptional insight into its sector together with business innovation.

      Supporting evidence must demonstrate to the judges that the agency/ partner provides outstanding service to its clients and/ or candidates as well as practicing 'best practice' as an a employer

  • Best life time achievement award in graduate recruitment
    • Just Click
    • This category will recognise the achievements of an individual whom the judges feel has demonstrated that they are worthy of receiving an award for an achievement(s) that has had a major impact on the graduate recruitment industry.

      This is not a self nominated category. Entrants should be recommended by a third party to the judging panel for consideration.

      Judges will seek evidence that the recipient of this award has made a passionate impact on the industry and is respected by colleagues and peers.

      Nominations for this category must be made by a third party.
